1. Ministry of HRD starts web portal ‘YUKTI’

Ministry for Human Resource Development has starts web-portal named YUKTI (Young India Combating COVID with Knowledge, Technology and Innovation) in New Delhi. The web portal and dashboard will help to monitor and record the efforts and initiatives of the Ministry of HRD. Its plan to cover different dimensions of COVID-19 challenges in a comprehensive and holistic way.

13. Legendary driver Stirling Moss passes away

The legendary motor-racing driver, Sir Stirling Moss has passed away. Moss was widely regarded as the greatest driver never to win the Formula One drivers’ world championship. The British driver took part in Formula One from 1951 to 1961 and also made 67 starts in the F1 World Championship, claiming victory winning 16 races and claiming 16 pole positions and 24 podium positions.


14. Former Chelsea goalkeeper Peter Bonetti passes away

Former England and Chelsea goalkeeper Peter Bonetti passed away. He was part of England’s 1966 World Cup-winning team but was unused throughout the tournament.
